About
Vera Korol is the Global Head of People at Stax and brings over 20 years of diverse business operations experience. She oversees the full spectrum of People & HR strategy and operations centered around growth and development of Stax employees.
Prior to Stax, Korol was the Chief People Officer at A&M Taxand, a division of Alvarez & Marsal. She spent the first half of her career as a consultant with Deloitte before moving into business operations roles.
In addition, her diverse experience also includes roles as a software engineer and financial analyst. She spent most of her professional life focusing on businesses where human capital is the primary asset and is deeply passionate about unleashing human potential at work.
Korol graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Drexel University and received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Extracurricular
Vera has two young children and is still learning to balance it all. In her spare time, she is a DIY aficionado, and can be spotted operating a wide range of power tools.
