Anantha Natalegawa is a Managing Director at Grant Thornton Stax in our Boston Office, overseeing buy and sell-side engagements, as well as growth-strategy development efforts for a wide range of private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
With a focus on the consumer and government markets, Anantha has successfully led numerous buy and sell-side engagements, showcasing a deep understanding of government procurement processes and selection criteria relevant to key decision-makers.
In addition to his industry expertise, Natalegawa actively manages and drives the day-to-day operations for over 20 engagements annually, supporting the world's largest mid-market private equity firms along with their portfolio companies.
Anantha holds an M.B.A. from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Colgate University.
