Leslie Regenbaum is the General Counsel at Stax, with over 15 years of legal experience. At Stax, Regenbaum oversees the full spectrum of legal matters across the company. 

 

Prior to joining Stax, Regenbaum served as General Counsel at LoanStreet, a fintech software company. Regenbaum had also previously served as General Counsel at K2 Integrity, a global governance risk, and compliance firm. 

 

Regenbaum began her legal career in the litigation department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she represented clients in connection with government and internal investigations, securities litigation, derivative litigation, international arbitration, and employment law matters. 

 

Regenbaum received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review, and her B.S., cum laude, in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.  

Extracurricular

Outside of the office, Leslie spends most of her time organizing her household, consisting of two very active children and a mini labradoodle, and managing everyone’s crazy schedules.
