Luke Scheibel is a Director at Grant Thornton Stax, where he leads commercial diligence and value creation projects in B2B software and technology and tech-enabled services. He has advised private equity sponsors and portfolio company executives on 40+ software transactions and strategic initiatives, shaping investment theses and growth strategies.
Previously, Luke was a Director in EY-Parthenon’s Software Strategy Group. There he guided investors on diligence and growth planning in markets including cybersecurity, digital investigation, data infrastructure, and CFO software.
Earlier in his career, Luke advised Fortune 100 enterprises such as Microsoft and Walgreens on strategy, including designing an AI sales go-to-market plan targeting $200M in add-on sales that reshaped product growth priorities.
Extracurricular
Outside of work, and depending on the season, you can likely find Luke skiing or golfing— and chasing his toddler around the South Shore. He's a big Boston sports fan and he rarely misses a Celtics or Patriots game.
