Stax congratulates Syntrio, a leading ethics and compliance platform, on its sale to Mitratech, a global technology partner for corporate legal, risk & compliance, and HR professionals. Syntrio was previously a portfolio company of Inverness Graham. Stax provided sell-side support, collaborating with Syntrio's management team and Shea & Company during the transaction.​
