How We Select
Step 1 - Application

Step 2 - Initial Connect
Once registered, the team will reach out to conduct an introductory session about the Academy.
Step 3 - Assessment
Applicants are required to successfully complete an assessment.
Step 4 - Selection
Assessments will be evaluated and suitable candidates for the Academy will be selected.
Applications are now open for the January 2027 intake. Register by 30th October to be considered.
Based in Colombo, the Academy aims to establish an on-demand and modern learning platform. It is dedicated to equipping future business leaders with the skills needed to tackle the challenges of the global economy.
The program offers a combination of micro-learning modules focused on specific functional and professional skill pillars that are essential for establishing a successful career in any industry.
We want to empower Sri Lankan youth with the opportunity to acquire international work experience locally.
