At Grant Thornton Stax, Jai focuses on commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements, supporting clients across the investment lifecycle. Jai joined Grant Thornton Stax in 2025, bringing prior experience from EY-Parthenon and KPMG’s Strategy and Transactions teams. During this time, he advised clients primarily in the B2B software and services space, with a particular focus on financial services. His work is grounded in data-driven analysis and strategic insight, helping clients make informed investment and growth decisions.


Jai holds an M.B.A. from the Said Business School, University of Oxford and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick.

Extracurricular

Outside of work, Jai can usually be found chasing the perfect golf swing, playing football, or hunting for Pokémon cards like it’s still 1999.
