Bharath Venkatesh (Venk) is a Director in our London office. He has 8+ years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients on growth strategy, operating model design, commercial due diligence, and exit planning.
At Grant Thornton Stax, Venk leads engagements across a range of industries, with particular expertise in media, entertainment, events, marketing services, adtech / martech, and the broader data & tech-enabled landscape. His work focuses on supporting investors and management teams through critical moments in the deal lifecycle—from pre-acquisition diligence through to value creation and exit.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton Stax, Venk was at United Talent Agency’s boutique TMT consultancy MediaLink, where he advised sponsors and operating executives on M&A strategy, revenue growth, and business transformation across the US, UK, and EMEA. He began his career in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice in New York.
Venk holds a BA from Harvard University.

Outside of work, Venk enjoys exploring London’s food & music scene. He is also an avid traveller, having explored over 30 countries.
