Grant Thornton Stax congratulates Global Traffic Technologies (GTT) on its sales to Miovision Technologies. GTT was a subsidiary of Gilbarco Veeder-Root. Grant Thornton Stax provided sell-side support, collaborating with GTT's management team and William Blair Capital Partners.

 

Global Traffic Technologies, founded in 2007 and headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, is a prominent provider of traffic management technology. Their solutions are deployed in 60,000 intersections and 30,000 vehicles, spanning over 1,500 cities globally, encompassing every U.S. state.
