Stax congratulates GES, a leading provider in the global exhibition and event industry, on its recent acquisition by Truelink Capital. Stax provided sell-side support, collaborating with GES's management team and their investment bank Moelis during the transaction. Truelink Capital acquired GES from Viad Corp, a leading global provider of extraordinary experiences, including attractions, hospitality, exhibition services, and experiential marketing.
