Kelsey Chisholm is an Associate Director at Stax with 12+ years of consulting experience advising both private equity investors and their portfolio companies, as well as corporate clients.
Throughout her time at Stax, Kelsey has led buy-side diligence, exit planning, and growth focused strategic engagements, advising investors and management teams across the lifecycle of an investment. Kelsey's experience spans a variety of industries, with a focus on technology, specifically SaaS solutions, both horizontal and vertical-specific in nature.
Prior to Stax, Chisholm was in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman and OC&C Strategy Consultants. Kelsey has a BA in Economics and Psychology from Middlebury College.
Extracurricular
Outside of the office Kelsey tries to spend as much time as possible on the Maine coast with her daughter and husband, often in search of the next lobster roll – and insists hot and buttered is far superior to cold with mayo.
