Christina Thai is a Managing Director at Stax and she leads a wide range of recruiting initiatives and human resources programs for the firm.
With over 20 years of HR experience across the financial services, higher education, and consulting industries, Thai is charged with developing and overseeing strategic initiatives for the firm including building the human resources infrastructure, establishing an employment brand strategy, and developing talent programs to support the firm’s rapid growth. Thai also lead the development of the overall college recruiting strategy and build the firm’s presence on campus through strategic partnership with career advisors, faculty and student groups.
Prior to joining Stax, Thai served as an employment manager at the Harvard School of Public Health. In that role, Thai managed the school’s employment function by collaborating with hiring managers to source, recruit, and select the highest quality of candidates for research, financial and administrative positions. Prior to the Harvard School of Public Health, Christina held the roles of human resources management at Newport Creative Communications and senior staffing consultant at Sovereign Bank.
Thai also served as an Adjunct Faculty Professor teaching human resources courses at the New England College of Business.
Thai graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business and holds an MS in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Lesley University.
