In terms of corporate education and training, Stax has looked at what corporations, governments, and consumers have interest in seeing and paying for.

Examples of Engagements
Resource Allocation in Education. Stax helped a leading provider of education technology and segment the market, determine which kinds of schools were most likely to be customers, prioritize opportunities for expansion, and create actionable go-to-market strategies for high-potential markets. These actionable strategies included reallocating sales resources to increase sales while calling on fewer customers. For a separate division, Stax analyzed past customer behavior and surveyed the market to determine the highest-value customers and recommended operational changes to improve customer targeting and retention.
Helping Institution Develop Expansion Plans. Using targeted insights developed by Stax, prominent U.S. business school shaped the expansion plan for one of its signature professional advancement programs. Stax delivered a comprehensive, data-driven analysis of participants’ perceptions of the current program, as well as an evaluation of the potential for development of an ongoing organizational learning initiative.
Financial Impact of Regulation. For a specialized education services provider, Stax analyzed financial impact of school reform. This engagement involved analysis of legislative and secondary material and canvassing experts to determine the outlook for the school reform industry. Based on a granular-level understanding of policy factors, Stax concluded that our client’s core customer base would remain stable going forward and their major funding sources were not at risk.
