Examples of Engagements:

  • Market Prioritization. Helped a leading provider of education services to prioritize markets for global expansion, and drew up actionable entry strategies for markets with high potential. Stax first determined the size of target markets and the drivers of supply and demand across the Pacific region. We then provided the Client with an understanding of the competition in these markets, and presented a menu of vetted options for investment in the region.
