| Self initiated, Stax conducted an analysis of the NYC and national taxi and limousine business, to determine the cost benefit of going hybrid, and the potential revenue opportunity for all participants in the industry. The work further details a no-cost and low cost way for municipalities to drive change, in a manner profitable to medallion owners, without providing tax incentives or limited public funding. Our results, soon to be condensed in article form, are currently being used to inform the decision making of municipalities across the country.
