Arj has been with Stax since 1997 and heads our Colombo office, where he oversees output, quality control, and growing our skill base and our team as they integrate with Stax’s U.S. operations.  Prior to establishing the Colombo office in 2005, Arj was a director in Stax’s Chicago office, leading a wide range of client projects and managing select client relationships.

Arj has long maintained a special interest in financial services, advising Stax’s major corporate clients on issues in consumer cards, merchant acquiring, transaction processing, and financial advisory services.  Over the past two years, he has increasingly focused on far-eastern markets as they become more important to our clients.

Before joining Stax, Arj was with The Boston Consulting Group, where he helped formulate business strategies for Fortune 500 clients in financial services and industrial goods.  Arj has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics, with honors, from Princeton University.
